Since 2016 Jo has produced seven short films and one feature length documentary. She has worked across a range of projects, collaborating with many artists and directors encompassing works of fiction, documentary and artist film.

In 2018 Jo co-produced her first feature film The Dream Palace (Dir. Alex Ayre) with Tyneside Cinema (UK). A documentary exploring a people’s history of one of the UK’s oldest newsreel theatres. Featuring contributions from acclaimed filmmakers including Ken Loach.

In 2019 Jo produced four short films with BBC New Creatives including BEFORE A PACK OF WILD DOGS EAT MY FACE  (Dir. Naqqash Khalid) featuring Simon Manyonda as well as Paper Skin (Dir. Isobel Clark). More recently she worked with Artist and Director Rhona Foster on a fictional short film Me & My Friends, 2020 funded by the British Film Institute.
